Mark was very helpful. I just bought a new used vehicle and my transmission light came on. He was helpful from the get go, they were booked out two weeks ahead but he got me in that morning to scan it and diagnose the situation. Said he wouldn't want to see his wife stranded in the same situation. He wasnt able to personally fix it because they dont service isuzu although I know he would've been great to work with. He referred me to a bigger shop in reno and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Thabk you for all the help .
Best transmission shop around, hands down! Very great work.
I called this place because the transmission in my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 just stopped working. I'm stranded at 195 95, Winnemucca and he answered the phone chatted and referred me to someone he trusted. I know he was experienced and would have loved to use him but he was booked two weeks and and we need to get back home which is over 8 hours away. I appreciate his time and referral.
Fast and goes the extra mile for customers.
This place is way too expensive but them two months they gave us two different estimates on the same things that need to be fixed the second one was higher they don't have very good people skills
