I hired Paula Robinson to represent me after a fall I had at work. I tore my rotator cuff and had such a difficult time dealing with my employer. When you are in financial distress and physical pain it is difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. That, in addition to not understanding a legal process complicates matters even more. Paula explain the law, outlined in clear language the steps and process that where needed to be done. She was reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable and effective. Her hard work lead to a successful outcome to my case. All of my outstanding medical bills were paid and I won a settlement as well!

This lawyer said she doesn't take cases if you don't miss any days of work. I just got off the phone with another lawyer and they said just because your not missing days of work now doesn't mean you won't in the future which makes sense.

Dealing with workers comp was so stressful. Checks were always late, procedures weren’t approved and prescriptions were denied. THEN I called Paula. She was a savior! We started receiving checks on time and medical care was approved. The world needs more good people like her. My only regret is that We should have called her sooner.
