I bought a truck back in May from a dealership. After only a few months of owning it the check engine light came on. I was very upset and now in need of a mechanic. Being a young female I was worried about where to go afraid I was going to be taken advantage of, so like most I started Googling places close to me and reading reviews. Mike's auto had really great reviews so I thought I would take a chance. I took my truck in and they were so friendly, efficient, and very detailed in their diagnostic work. I got a copy of the workup with photos to show the honest state of my truck. I was so impressed by this! Turns out I needed my cats replaced, a pretty decent bill. After the repairs where finished my truck was running great until the light came on again. I took it back in and it was the same problem. Zane was amazing they worked at the problem until it was fixed 100 percent, all under warranty!!! I was shocked! NO NEW BILL!! They have gained a customer for life and I will recommend all of my family and friends to go here! I have continued to take my truck here for regular maintenance, and im so glad I found i place I that is honest, fair, and really does communicate and stand behind their work!! Thanks guys!

Today I took my car in for an oil change and was really impressed with the entire experience. While checking in, I had mentioned my check engine light would come on intermittently. During the oil change, I received a text with an inspection report w/pictures of the entire vehicle. I was also given a printed inspection report along with pricing for what needs to be done to get my car in tip top shape, with emphasis on issues that were most important.nAlso, Zane was great! Really helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Mike's Auto Clinic offers wonderful customer service. Not only did they give me a shuttle to my house so I could work from home for the day, they also sent me text message updates as they did an inspection. They found the nail in my tire that I suspected was present, changed my transmission fluid and picked me up when it was all said and done. Heck, Zane was even patient when my foster dog tried escaping my house to go along for the ride to pickup my car! They offer top-notch customer service.

Do NOT! go to this shop. I have no idea where the good reviews came from, but my experience(s) was bad. I took my car into the shop to get a new cooling system, because of a leak. Then, a few weeks later, I seen radiant heat coming from the hood. I opened the hood and took off the radiator cap and it was low more than a quart of coolant. Yeah, I paid $1,600.00 to find out trained & certified mechanics cannot top-off coolant. This is my first bad experience with this shop and I will post the first one soon. No one should take kindness for weakness.

I was very impressed with how detailed they were with the diagnostic. They didn’t try to guilt me into getting more work done which would be easy to do when a customer doesn’t know much about car care. Their prices were very reasonable and will look forward to going back for future service on my other cars.
