My husband and I had been to a couple different dealerships and called a few looking for a good price on a reliable car with more space than our current corolla for our growing family and awd for the occasional trips we take up to the mountains. The moment I spoke to Mike over the phone, I felt I could trust him(pretty rare with car salesmen). He gave me all the information I needed over the phone about a Ford Escape I was interested in, so we went in for a test drive. He was very transparent and friendly. He wasn't pushy at all like alot of dealerships can be. Kate then helped us with financing and got us a great rate through a local credit union. She was also very kind. Also, I have much more peace of mind buying from them since they offer a warranty for the engine and transmission for any car you buy from them! Definitely would recommend checking this place out if you're in the market for a used vehicle!
So very happy with my experience! Kate and Kyle were super friendly and helpful. I was in and out in under 3 hours. Absolutely in love with this van, and the great deal I got on it. Would absolutely recommend this dealership. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they didn't wash it for me and it needs an oil change. Kinda my bad cuz I didn't ask till after I paid. Oh well, overall very very satisfied ud83dude01
