We purchased a slightly used bumper pull from these guys. Pulled it out to the RV park we intended to stay at and found out we had no hot water and shortly after that, discovered a grey tank was leaking. I called up Bretz and explained what was going on, took the trailer down and Dan in service got us in right away. We had the trailer back in a few days and everything works great! Definitely a great experience. Dan, and the rest of the people we dealt with (tech, salesmen, etc.) were all great. Glad we bought from Bretz.
From day 1 Aaron in Nampa has been great with communication. It's great to have an update on your order and any questions answered along the way. He even helped me remove a collection that I did not even know I had. It will help a lot when it comes to finance! Good team at the Nampa store!!
Went in for a Propane fill and they know when you pull up and send someone right out.
I’m having a hard time finding anything good about this place, we bought a brand new boat then another salesman took the spare seats out of our bought and paid for boat to put them in another boat for another customer. After that took us several months to get anybody to reply and get our replacement ordered. There service is slow and unreliable, customer service has not been part of my experiences!
