I bought a very nice little car from her. The customer service was awesome. They were very friendly and I left satisfied.
I bought a car from Ashley 2 years ago and it was a great experience, I went last week and traded in my Expedition. The guy who helped me was Chris, he told me the car was in good condition that his mechanic looked it over and replaced the struts. During the test drive I also noticed the mirrors don't work.(That should have been my red flag to run) He says he could help fix them. Well that's not all that wrong with this car, the wipers don't work, and the windows in the back do not roll up. The tires are making noise. It's terrible, the condition this car is in, it's worth $5 grand maybe not the $10k I'm going to pay. It's really disappointing to see these small business car dealers take advantage of people and are just greedy with selling anything. Definetly will not come back here.

Great place to go I was very happy with the customer service. Ashley was very patient and understanding. They closed at 6 but she stayed with us until 8 pm to get the insurance part set up. Never any signs of impatience or annoyance even though she had plans and people waiting the whole time. Her son was awesome and watching those two interact was so cute. Gavin is the man!!
