My first ever car decided to break down on me and I was in need of a car. Car shopping is very stressful for me and I was not excited about having to start looking. A friend referred me to Doyle at the Kendall Value Lot and he was very helpful and not pushy. I found a car that fit my needs. It’s a 2017 Chevy Sonic in great condition. Doyle was very helpful in getting a great trade in value for my poor broken down car and getting me into my new car. He walked me through the paperwork and explained it to me so I understood everything clearly. I felt reassured and comfortable and a lot of the stress was taken off my shoulders. Best car buying experience we've ever had! Sammy was awesome and didn't pressure us at all. Just gave us the facts and helped us get financing. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good, clean used car.

I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Captiva on February 3rd of 2020 at the Kendall lot. A month later my car died while I was taking it out of my driveway. The service department looked at it and gave it back to me. Several months later my car died again while at a stop sign and I had to get out of my car to direct traffic around the vehicle. I drove it to an auto parts location where it died once again! After addressing a mechanical issue advised by Kendall Service department my car died while idling at a drive through twice. It then died while at the grocery store and it was towed to the Kendall service department. They then advised that it was a completely different mechanical issue that would cost me over $1000 to repair after fixing the previous supposed mechanical issue! Even though the car has a year engine and transmission warranty it was not covered at all even though it was the engine that died every time! Since February that I purchased the vehicle it has died while idling 4 times and ones while parked! Being a single mother of two children safety comes first. With this reoccurring mechanical issue that was obviously preexisting we have not felt safe while in the vehicle. This was obviously a preexisting issue and they have done nothing to help me in getting a different car or repairing this preexisting issue since it occurred! I would not recommend Kendall Auto to family or friends and would not purchase a vehicle from them after all the hardship and loss off work and salary that it has caused my family and I!

My family and i just bought a chevy traverse. This had been the nicest car that we have ever owned. I have never ever had the experience that i had with the value lot. Doyle made not only my husband and i but my mom feel very loved and taken care of. He was amazing with us. He was genuine and so down to earth. There was something on the the car that needed fixed and he had the rental car ready for us to go. I would 100% tell everyone i LOVE to go see him. He will take care of them. Thank you Doyle for helping us find the best car for us.
