This was the second time I visited Flawless design Hair salon and the salon has drastically gone down hill. The entire place was very dirty. The hairbrushes were not cleaned and the stylist's station was a mess. the floor was covered in dirt, dust and other client's hair. Megan was my stylist and she was not very friendly and treated me like an annoyance rather then a paying customer. She was also unkept, wearing clothes that you would wear to bed. She seem to be in a huge rush, even though there were no other clients waiting for her. She cut and colored my hair and regardless of her total lack of customer service skills, she did not do a bad job. The cut and color were average even though she came across as a bit rude. Since her work was much better then her personal skills, I still gave her a 20 percent tip, however, she just took the money out of my hand and did not even thank me for it. The owner of the salon is a bit more friendly, but she should really consider managing the people that work for her. Reputation is everything and the last thing a business owner wants is an employee ruining their reputation.
Really wanted to like this salon, but I won't be going back and after 2 visits I feel justified in being disappointed and leaving a poor review. Both haircuts (1 from each of the stylists there) were a bit uneven and neither one worked nearly as well as the one I had previously from another salon, despite me bringing a picture in. The stylists were both nice and friendly, but 2nd time I felt rushed and she was not very professional.
I went to Flawless Designs 2-3 days ago and this place is amazing! Breann cut and colored my hair and did an amazing job! per the other review this place is nothing like she said! the place was very clean the staff was very nice! Breann and Megan were very professional neither one was in PJ's. I was uncertain what style I wanted and I told Breann the length I wanted and some layers and the outcome of it was amazing!!!! I will Defiantly be going back as my mother in law and my aunt in law will be going there to get a cut and color also! again thank you so much Breann for the amazing job you did!
