Gotta be the slowest bank operations ever to be possible! I would never bank here. Not even if they paid me to bank with them
Have an issue with a business account going on about a year now. The couple of times I have gone in to make deposits...they cannot find me in system registered under account along with some others who are supposed to be on & ones who were supposed to be taken off access to accounts. The three of us had to come in at the same time to get added to the account which we were told & that took several attempts. I have been cutting checks, signing checks, depositing funds but I cannot be found. Even though we sat there gave her our information, licenses, etc. Signed forms & put into system. Every single time I went in my phone number was taken told I'd receive a call back. Never received a single call. Absolutely unacceptable...will be moving our funds to another bank.
The people that work at this bank suck. They always have a attitude, cant even understand like 2 of them, every time i have a question it barley gets answered and when you tell them to withdraw a certain amount from your checking they always mess up how much they are supposed to give you. So done coming here. There is a keybank in cherryville, for years of going there i never once delt with attitudes and miscounting.
