I was not allowed to jump with my 3 year old in the basketball section. I can understand not allowing 3 people but a parent should be able to accompany their child.nnAnother issue, you have to wear their grip socks. Any acceptable grip socks should be allowed as long as it meets standards.nnNo mask were required inside. Mask should definitely be worn to jump into the foam blocks. I can only imagine how much saliva and mucus must be on those blocks.nnNo temperature checks were done.

We celebrated our son’s 9th birthday here today. Our party host was Rebekkah and she was amazing we enjoyed her so much!nWe had a great time. We had a total of 17 jumpers (all ranging from age 1 year up to 16 years old) and of course all the parents/adults so it was around 30 guests in total and we got 7 pizzas and it all worked out perfectly. The kids had a great time. I would definitely recommended this place and I will definitely return for another birthday event.nAgain, Rebekkah was fantastic (ask for her LOL).nn*Side note; we were nervous because of covid, they seemed to take extra precautions and followed CDC guidelines. Everyone had a temp check upon arrival (even the babies) and they had hand sanitizer stations set up everywhere. Everyone was required to wear a face mask unless jumping. And as everyone entered the party room Rebekkah walked around with hand sanitizer and made sure that they all sanitized their hands.

I was there as a guest for a birthday party a few days ago, and I was appalled that most of the guests in the jumping area were not wearing masks ! This included adults, older teenagers, and young children! There was no social distancing between kids and it is a perfect location for a super spreader event! I work in health care, and I don't know how this is allowed in sky zone that they are not enforcing masks with this surge in cases at this time. Our health secretary just imposed stringent guidelines( on 11/18/202) that EVERY business must have mask requirements especially with the indoor transmission rates. I did not see anyone enforcing the mask requirement, hopefully they are enforcing it now with the new strict guidelines It is not the same in other trampoline parks that I have been to, the majority of the guests HAVE to have to wear masks that is the rule. No questions asked. I'm actually surprised they haven't been in trouble yet.

As much as the kids love this place, I can't see myself taking them back any time soon. I feel that it was too crowded. I didn't see enough adherence to COVID restrictions. No temp checks and just way too many people. They are also profiting off of overpriced water bottles that have to be purchased because the water fountains are unavailable. They sold a 25-cent bottle of water for $2.50. If anything, they should offer all guests a complimentary bottle of water considering that the children have no other way to hydrate.
