I placed my order around 6:15. I received a text at 6:32 my food was out for delivery. It did not arrive until 7:20. The delivery driver explained he was the only driver and the manager sends the text it is out for delivery when it comes out of the oven. They shouldn't say they can do deliveries with 1 driver and if my food is sitting in the store for 30 minutes before it goes out for delivery. The food was lukewarm. The pasta sauce was already hard and the brownie definitely was not warm and gooey. Pizza Hut has always been my husband's and my favorite pizza. I do not recommend delivery from this store! Disappointing and a waste of money!

I give them 3 stars because if you pickup your food it's great. Always correct, always hot.nDelivery is a different story. I'm now being waiting 2 hours for delivery. I knew when I ordered it would be 1hr 15 minutes. I called 30 minutes ago and they claimed we were out with the driver and the second stop. Ummm...right. It's a joke to get delivery from this site. I'm starving now. Can I just get the dang pizza!!

I ordered a pan pizza with pepperoni and sausage. And a 2 liter Pepsi. Order arrived at a decent time. No Pepsi. My delivery driver, who did not even have a copy of my receipt, told me that the location never gave him a Pepsi, and before I could even finish talking to him, he just walked off to his vehicle and drove off.nnI have made multiple attempts in the past hour to contact the location and they will not so much as pick up the phone. I have already called corporate and made a complaint. If you like Pizza Hut, go to another location and avoid this one. They don't even care.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The pizza was burnt to a crisp, no extra sauce as requested. The breadsticks and marinara sauce were ice cold. I cannot understand how any decent pizza hut employee (or decent person in general) could feel ok about boxing up a burnt pizza that someone paid hard-earned money for, and then serve it to them. It's obvious the employees are there for a paycheck and nothing more. Shameful...
