Tonight was third time in a row this location forgot to give us our dipping sauces (which we paid for all three times). Besides being owed a collective total of $8.25 plus tax in product not received, I called the store and gave up after waiting on hold for 3 minutes and 5 seconds. The pizza was good, but the attention to detail at this location leaves much to be desired.

Order is always 10-30min late. They miss add on like dipping cups or deliver the wrong soda almost every time. Latest error was missed the dipping cup and BBQ wings came plain and pizza was cold as it was 15 min after the expected 45 min delivery... On a Monday night even... You call they don't pick up. For some reason the app locks me in to this one store the worst in the area.

This location is a hard pass moving forward. I placed an order, tracking shows driver is on its way. A while later tracking states order has been delivered. Hmmm... I myself go check, nope nothing at the front door. Maybe driver is a few minutes away? I wait. Call the store, no one picks up. ( Saw on a review on here their phones’ volume may be turned down, thanks for the heads up fellow reviewer). I wait and wait, no one calls me to notify they are on their way. I place a second order because really I hate wasting time and dont have the patience to wait and see if dominos decides to contact me regarding this order. I guess my note ruffled some feathers because i stated that was my second order since the first one wasnt delivered. Driver shows up with second order and a hand written message on the receipt ( true genius). Saying “That is Why” Short 2 Drivers. Yea umm so why put order as delivered Genius? You didnt think a customer would inquire why the order says delivered if it hasnt been? This is the last time i dealnWith this location. Judging by the previous reviews this location is a hot mess. Will be contacting Dominos Corporate as well. Toodles!

Just called this location to place an order while driving there because I work across the plaza. It took me fifteen minutes to get there and they still hadn't answered my call. I walked in my cell phone is still ringing but the phone in the store isn't ringing. They turned the ringer off and I felt they didn't deserve my hard earned money so I walked out the store. I don't have to spend my money where its not wanted.
