Feel free to use this office, if you have no qualms over who has access to your personal information - because he will hand it out willy nilly to anyone.nnI am an intern for a financial institution. I encountered Mr. Dunn when he came into our office while I was overseeing it for my manager (who was away at our other location) to serve a subpoena on behalf of his clients, requesting information regarding their account with us. My office is not a branch, and is not equipped nor permitted to accept legal documents, cash or checks - we're a first level customer service location for lack of a better description.nnThree times I attempted to explain that I was not able or permitted to accept the documents or his 'witness fee' check. The first time he claimed I was able to - he has, as far I as know, never interacted with our office before, and was flat-out wrong. We are instructed to call our head office when these situations arise, and they will instruct the legal agent (in this case, Mr. Dunn), on where to mail or fax the documents. The second time, he flat out ignored me. The third time he claimed (as he is ripping out a pre-signed check) that I am legally required to do so. He continues to try and push the check into my hands as I point out the sign clearly stating that no money can be accepted in the office.nnAt this point I demand him to wait 5 minutes, AND politely request the customer I was helping when he interrupted to do the same, while I call my legal department and have them speak to him. While waiting less than 3 minutes to be transferred to them, he leaves, dropping the subpoena and check on the desk.nnHOWEVER, he did not leave until after taking down my name without permission, and the name of my coworker who entered the office after the entire ordeal began, and had no part of our discussion - and presuming that my coworker, wearing a suit instead of our company polo for an earlier function, was in charge, despite still being in new employee training AND my own statement of being in charge.nnWhat does this have to do with information? His subpoena, with no cover sheet or folder, merely a clear plastic sleeve to keep it neat, contained full details of his case, who his clients were, who they were going to trial against, AND the account number of his clients within our institution, exposed for anyone not privy to the case to read. I and my manager (advising over the phone) took the necessary precautions to secure the information within a sealed envelope.nnThis man has no business running a law firm, if he handles his cases in the manner I witnessed. He is a danger to his client's private information, and the confidentiality of his cases. Do not use him under any circumstances.

DAVID DUNN IS ROTTEN TO THE CORE. I MADE A MISTAKE IN SIGNING MY HUSBANDS HOUSE BACK OVER TO HIM AFTER WE DIVORCED. DIDNT KNOW THAT I COULDN'T. AFTER ALL, HE WAS THE ATTORNEY, I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD BETTER. HE TOLD ME THAT I WAS THE DUMBEST CLIENT HE EVER HAD. OF COURSE I WROTE TO THE DISCIPLINARY BOARD. IN THE MEANTIME, HE REQUESTED TO DROP ME AS A CLIENT. A HEARING WAS SET AND THE JUDGE MADE HIM CONTINUE THE PROCESS BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY PAID HIM. HE WAS NOT HAPPY. AFTER THAT HE WOULD NOT SPEAK TO ME ON THE PHONE. I COULD ONLY TALK TO HIS SECRETARY. IT JUST GOES TO SHOW THAT THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD. I CAN'T BELIEVE HE'S STILL PRACTICING.

I hire Attorney David Dunn, I would advise 2 find another lawyer seriously, I lost my home 2 unfinish paper, not returning the bank calls, all that was 2 be done was complete the paper work, the bank doesn't want ur house,they will do every thing 2 help u! The saddest thing was as he was lieing to me about my house that everything was fine. My father past away, so I hire him 4 my father estate he mess up the books and lost reciepts so badly, that my brother took me to court, I am now paying my brother 5,600.00 dollars, every month 4 the next 5 yrs. I got 0.00 dollars and I'm still paying on a loan that I sign as a second person 4 my father. Mr.Dunn knows how to take his share and does not do his job. I lost my home every thing I work 4 and destroy my relationship with my brother. My best advise run as far as u can and stay away from him. Mr.Dunn will meet his maker in heaven and I hope he go's straight to hell.he nothing but a liar, sneak,and a dirty dog.he should have been flush down the toilet when he was born!
