Terrible, Terrible. In the process of finding another bank. I don't know what happen to this branch (off Midland in Nampa). Use to have the nicest people. The turn over rate is terrible and has the rudest people ever. I can't tell you how many times they have given out personal information. I think they should just shut this branch down. Absolutely terrible. No need to respond Mr. Doan.
Absolutely the worst bank to deal with. Zero communication amongst staff. Had a three way call with insurance company and bank going over the ins and outs of the situation and got a game plan. Called twice after, no notes of the call even happening and was charged nearly $200 in fees?
We started at Clarity because of an Auto Loan. But because of the wonderful service we have received, we have switched all of our personal and business accounts over to Clarity.nnThe ladies at the Nampa branch are so kind and knowledgeable. Rachel, Mayra, Rubi and Allison are all amazing. Thank you for great customer service!
