How am I supposed to run and conduct business when my bank - the only branch in town - has nothing to offer for months on end besides an ATM that works halfway??? Every time I try to deposit checks into my business account, it spits the stack out at me and I have to send them through the ATM individually. This takes a substantial amount of time, which not only affects me and my business, but all the people waiting behind me. All the other banks are keeping at least one branch in each town open for face to face services, and with the amount Chase charges me and my business for credit card processing, bank account fees, and endless other charges it seems they could keep one dang branch open in Nampa. Just one more reason I'm switching all my accounts, business and personal, to any bank but Chase!!!!

Why have a phone number if you never pick up your phone and don't even leave the option to leave a voicemail? I've literally called this branch dozens of times and maybe gotten a person twice.

The staff is honestly very friendly but I had a terrible experience with banker Chris as I just found out that he did an incompetent job on my application. Again, great customer service from the front desk but poor experience with one of the bankers. I felt like I was being treated not as a customer but as a number.

My son and I went in to open an account for my son. I’ve only talked positive about Chase, but I’ve never used this branch. We waiting in line for 10 mins and was told that we arrived to the counter 8 mins too late, the only thing she was willing to do is set up an appt to open the account for a different day. I was shocked that they weren’t willing to help! Makes me wonder WHY I’ve stayed with this bank 10+ years. Needless to say- I told my son if a bank isn’t going to help you- don’t bank with them! Staff was rude! I’ll never return to this branch again, and something tells me they could care less!nDON’T BANK WITH CHASE!!! THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELPING ANYONE!!!!! UPDATE: Next day we ended up going to a credit union, and they worked with us EVEN AFTER HOURS!!! All anyone wants is to be treated with respect. Now I’m closing my Chase account!

This branch has ultra friendly staff. They are polite, courteous and very helpful. Barbara, the Personal Banker went out of way to help me with a difficult problem - thank you, Barbara! I will recommend this bank to everyone I know.
