Melissa was great. but have been waiting 3 months for our taxes with no contact from anyone can't find out why we haven't received them and then find out or stimulus payments can't go on to our card just been a nightmare this year. Been filling there for years but can't seem to get any answers.

The staff here are very knowledgeable about taxes, very up to date on all current and new tax laws.nI have been a customer here for 8yrs. I can talk to someone with questions throughout the year.
