Gene was courteous and kind, agreeing to look at our car within a day, as we were passing through and spending one day in Arco. Knowledgeable and well versed at his craft, he had our problem resolved within an hour. We are so grateful, 5 stars and 2 thumbs up to Gene!
I highly recommend Gene's Automotive. I had an issue with a vibration in the front suspension of my truck, and Gene quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue, and had the repair complete in the time he prescribed.
I was in a bind. My diesel pickup broke down on Friday at the Craters of the Moon park. It got towed to this shop about closing time. They went beyond the call of duty to send someone to Idaho Falls for a part that evening and to repair my truck Saturday morning to have it back on the road by noon. Repair has held up fine.
Dropped by on our way out of town to ask for help with torquing the rear axles of our motorcycles after I made some adjustments last night. These guys helped us out and had us on our way. THANKS GUYS!!!
Great employees, and the service was affordable, quality, and quick. The gal replaced the water pump, and changed the oil, as requested, and then went above and beyond, checked the rest of the car 'stuff' (points? Idk.) out, and informed me that everything looked good, but my brake pads were wearing thin, and that I should replace them soon.
