Clothing Closet

This review is based on my opinion of my customer service professionalism understanding and what I believe to be integrity of this small business from a consumer's standpoint. There is a great variety of clothing, okay prices so there are truly some good qualities.nnHowever, this is why I wrote the review with two stars:nnI had a credit on my account for over $50 which I utilized to purchase my mom some up to date clothing on the afternoon of November 24th. upon using that credit after bringing up a total cost over $120 for all the items I got for her I displayed a coupon that I had received for an additional $100 I had spent their previously that gave me 20% off, the woman at the front let me know that it was too late for me to use this coupon (even as I had not yet paid) and there were other people behind me waiting to be run up and she couldn't go back to give me my 20% off for the $100+ I had spent. I actually offered to wait for the person behind me to be rung up (very respectfully as I hadn't realized I was holding anyone up) and of course I would have appreciated to use this coupon i earned. She made me feel as if I had done something wrong. She informed me in a matter of fact way, that somehow or another they are very good at reminding people to display their coupons before purchase so that way they are able to apply it. I must say that I was never informed and I feel like as a customer I have been treated inappropriately and was denied to use a coupon that the business designated for me as a customer. I too work with the public and I must say that with this business conduct, I will not be using my coupons, not returning, not spreading the good word as I once did. I sincerely hope this does not happen to anyone else, especially someone on a budget. So sad.

Discount gently used clothing. Truely something for everyone. I choose this place over going to Spokane for the great selection and service.

I absolutely love this place! I drive here from CDA to drop off my clothes because I make more money for my clothes than any other consignment store I've gone too. I always find something cute for myself and the owner is sweet as pie! ud83dude0a

The store has much more square footage than the front appears. It was organized and very clean, bathroom included. Prices were mid-range for used clothing but good quality. Looking forward to spending more time combing through the racks.
