One of the nicest people I've ever met. He went out of his way to come and pull me out of my driveway at 12:45 at night. He even helped me by getting in my car and made sure I was parked in my spot and wouldn't get stuck again. Would not have gotten to work the next day if it wasn't for him. Highest respect. I am so grateful. When you need somebody to tow you out call Dustin. He's the man.

Got stuck and called these guys. They were quick to come to the rescue and where nice guys but got stuck themselves. Had to hire a tractor operator to pull me and the tow truck out of the mud. At the end of the ordeal I gave K Protow the option to charge me what they felt was fare. They charged me $50 to show up, get stuck themselves and then have me pay for another company to pull us all out. The charge , per the driver, was for coming out, though, no service was rendered and they could not perform or deliver the service. Was an unfortunate experience.
