Bowden Park

Have always loved this neat little park! Luscious grass, an abundance of shade, and a little peace and quiet in the middle of the city. ❤

Nice place to go and play but a lot of times this year the ground had been muddy and swampy in a lot of places (by the school). But mostly shaded and a good place to run around.

Bowden Park happens to be (in full disclosure) a father of a friend of mine that the park was named after. I did, however, go to the original South Jr High back in the day before uniforms ud83dude10. I was familiar with the school but not the new school build, South Jr High swimming pool.. Just not with the land nestled just right behind the school and school field. There's just enough to simply have a nice quiet moment ~ fun one on one time exercising with your furry four legged friend or whatever the case may be. This park is truly a quiet little moment in time type of park. As always, please be respectful to pick up after yourself and/or your pet. ud83dudc3e
