Jeff was very helpful from the start. He also let us know they can have our Pod delivered to there facility which is a big help. Just trying to get the POD company to schedule and arrive on time. The unit is clean, easy to access and hours work for us. Was a little unsatisfied that they don’t give Military Veterans any discounts and the price is a little higher than we expected.
Nice facilities, friendly assistance for my questions. Seems like a well run, tidy business and security looks good. Entry is easy with passcodes. The downside is limited hours for evening entry. 7pm seems very early to lock-down entry for folks working 9- 5. Unless you are retired , work alternate hours or don't work, weekend's may be your only evening access. Most storage facilities offer access to 9pm weeknights for convenience.
Friendly staff. Willing to help with any Questions you have no matter time of day. Easy access and very clean facility. Would recommend them to everyone.
The 2 people I talked to were very helpful. Jeff made sure I could access the storage area with my pass codes. The unit I rented was clean by the time I moved in. I checked one the of a storage unit down the rode that was not nearly as nice and it more expensive. The location was perfect for me and worth the price. I will use them again.
It was a good experience all and all. Jeff was very welcoming, amid covid restrictions, and happily helped us to find the right unit we were looking for. I would highly recommend this location and Jeff! Thank you for all your help!
