I cannot say enough good things about Joy! I had been feeling tight and stressed up until and through the holidays and I needed a new massage therapist close to my new work below the rim in downtown Boise. I simply google searched and called and she was amazing from the moment she answered the phone! Her massage room is truly the most zen experience I've had and I didn't even know that would be important to me. If you need a relaxing and loving experience (sorry to be so touchy/feely) then you need some Joy in your life. I recommend her for all ages and all issues. Everything she says and does puts you at ease and makes you feel better. Thank you, Joy, you're are truly one of a kind:-)

There are many things I liked about having a massage with Joy.nnFirst of all I love the location. She's in a house with other therapists and energy healers and it is a REALLY quiet and very peaceful place. That is so important when getting a massage. I think a big part of my relaxation came from just this quiet, peaceful atmosphere.nnSecond, I really liked Joy's massage room. Joy has her own way of approaching and giving massage and I really appreciate her style. The table is really comfortable, lighting perfect, music great . . . Joy is peaceful herself. So a great setting to receive a massage.nnAnd then the massage itself. There are some people who are just gifted with massage and Joy is one of them. She is very skilled, but most importantly she knows how to be an invisible, yet positive presence during a massage. Very few massage therapists can do that.nnI myself like deeper work and Joy provided that in abundance. However, she also provided a beautiful, caring, nurturing touch. A rare combination in massage therapy, and I so much appreciate it!nnI left feeling so good. My sore muscles were addressed. My psyche was calmed. Felt whole and peaceful.nnI am glad I found a great place to receive just the kind of massage I love. Really grateful.
