Jack in the Box

I pulled into the drive through and was greeted with a huge attitude and talking so fast over the drive through speaker I couldn’t understand the woman but there was a car in front of me their order was taken and the response I got was sorry we can’t take any more orders which confuses me because yes it was at 330am but the website says 24 hours and the hours on the store window says 24 hours good way to piss me off I will be making a call to corporate not the only issues I have had with this store I have gone here and gotten the wrong meal came back and was greeted again with eye rolling and an attitude I understand how hard fast food can be but fix your mistake I’ve worked fast food and anytime I have ever made a mistake I don’t think twice as to fix the order that was given to the customer absolutely enraged

I grew up with a Jack in the box taco and it's kind of like comfort food now..

Waited a bit, but there was only one guy running the show so props to him for basically running the whole store by himself. It was sad there was another worker who just clocked in and didn't really do much, but Hernando was amazing and his service was great. He cares about good customer satisfaction and we need more workers with the initiative and hustle he has. Overall, food was great and I was satisfied.

I've come here three days in a row and Everytime they say there system is updating at 4:30 am really come on three days in a row. While the employees sit outside smoking every time also.nThe review above was left a few months ago and now I'm going to add onto it. I thought things would have changed after I filled out the form I was asked to on here but here we are sitting in the parking lot because I was told at 5:00am to come back in 10 mins. I don't know what is happening at this location but it is horrible mcdonald's just got 4 people business because the drive through says come back. Completely ridiculous! This location does not have any good reviews.
