Definitely not a good place to bank for several reasons. Employees are not very friendly, parking lot is extremely difficult/confusing to maneuver, managers are not interested in small account bankers and the rates and penalties assessed are picayune.nnExiting this parking lot is dangerous. To go eastbound (or southbound) requires navigating a very narrow road. To go westbound (or northbound) requires navigating pedestrians and turning only right onto heavy rt 501 North traffic. Westbound then requires a left turn fighting heavy 501 southbound traffic.nnI received an online survey and responded to them about these negative things. I would make out better just talking to myself than having citizens call me back or respond to my complaints. Unless you have big $$ avoid at all costs!
The Staff at the Bank were very rude, gave me the stink eye before telling me to leave. Rude!

Excellent location for a Citizens Bank. Occupying an old antique building on main Street in Lititz. There's a nice large parking lot in the back and ATM on the side of the building as well. The folks that work here are excellent and will help you with everything you need as far as banking is concerned.
Nice and friendly people. I really like this bank.
