Tony was super hospitable and clearly cared for the gym, as I watched him opening creates of new equipment for the facility. If I ever I comeback through Winnemucca I know exactly where to go now. Clean, up to date, state or the art brand new equipment. Every gym goers dream.

I’m in Winnemucca visiting family, and I always want to maintain optimal fitness levels when I travel. This is the best small-town gym I have visited. They have everything you need. From weight-lifting, cardio, to functional fitness, they have it all. As a critical fitness goer, I offer Flex Fitness my highest recommendation!

Best gym in town but needs work. They only have one stair master and it’s literally always broken. They started out with jump ropes and bands and now they have one jump rope (with a broken handle) and 2 extremely thick pointless bands. For 40/month you’d think they could at least buy a few more little things.
