Boise Paddle Boat Rentals rents out paddle boat to boat around the lake in the middle of the Julia Davis park. I went there twice. I loved paddle boating. The scenery was beautiful. The geese swimming around the lake was very cute and funny to watch.nnTicket price is $10.00 for a half hour, after taxes, per boat and $15.00 for a full hour, after taxes, per boat. They only accept cash. They supply life jackets. The staffs are very friendly and let you know all the precautions before starting to paddle boat.

Went here while visiting family. Got two boats for an hour $15/boat and had a nice time. There are a lot of geese and ducks in the lake. We saw a bunch of large Coy and Carp as well as smaller Trout in the pond. Kids young and older enjoyed the paddle boat ride. The boats all have sun shades so you aren't in the sun the whole time. Definitely worth the trip.

I went with a family member to Julia Davis Park. The weather was nice and we took some basic picnic food and a frisbee to toss around. Next time I would find a table without geese droppings by it. We took the hour paddle boat for $15. Half hour is $10. There were only about 6 other boats out so not crowded at all. Just opened yesterday. The owner was very nice and the youth helping you in and out of boats were friendly. Ask for a seat cushion for your back. Ducks eat popcorn but heard cheerios is better for them. Was relaxing and enjoyed our leisurely ride. Takes a little leg power but rest whenever you want and enjoy the view. Someone needs to invent something to pick up geese droppings.

Always a great place to bring the kids. Kinda fun for adults as well. Lots of huge fish and birds.

It was very fun and very beautiful! We enjoyed how friendly the ducks were. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the back of the seat was very uncomfortable. The seat itself was great, but the back rest was uncomfortable.
