Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial

Fabulous quotes inscribed on all the walls in a tranquil environment. It’s a great quiet place for contemplation and I really appreciated reading all of the deep thought provoking quotes with the whisper white noise of the waterfall and the statue dedicated to Anne Frank. There’s fabulous architecture here as well, with some donated sculptures and many plaques donated by lots of benefactors

Having recently moved to the Boise area, I wanted to visit a local attraction on my birthday. After searching out a few places, I decided upon the Anne Frank Memorial. It is a beautiful spot to read the many quotations and contemplate their meaning. I really like the waterfalls and streams -- they add so much to the experience.nWe found free street parking with shade nearby which was nice.nThe only suggestion that I have is that some of the stones with carvings should be cleaned of the leaves and spider webs.

OK for first time. Now, I just wonder what this memorial accomplishes, and if it's changed any hearts and minds. 3 stars for the fact it's a nice addition to Boise.

I didn't actually visit this memorial to learn or read about Anne Frank. I was taking a break from exercising and sat at a bench here for awhile. I'd have to go back and really check it out to give a better review. While I was peacefully resting in the shade. A woman and her small child checked out the statue. They seemed to enjoy visiting this area.

Very Somber Place. I knew many of the quotes, but not who said them. Finding out who they were revealed so much more about the quotes on the stone.
