Love the freshness of the rolls and sandwiches. Great flavors, ample portions, and friendly staff. Great storefront practice makes each store consistent with the next, so your food will taste the same at each shop. Not all sub and sandwich places are like that. Great response to pandemic regulations.

Absolutely disgusted with the terrible service I just received from the manager Ben at this location. I have an email for a $5 off $20 coupon so I decided to take the trip out to Jimmy John’s to redeem it. The email says all I have to do is mention it at the window for it to be honored but Ben refused to help me. He looked my phone number up and said my account could not be found even though I’ve had an account for years. I no longer have the app because I don’t live within delivery distance anymore so I don’t see the point. He said I had to have the app to redeem the coupon and there was just absolutely nothing he could do for me. He also almost then sent me away without my drinks. It was just absolutely terrible and rude service. Not to mention I did download the app after leaving and found my phone number listed correctly there so I’m still incredibly confused as to how my account just didn’t exist? Needless to say that was enough for me to consider never coming back. Extremely disappointed
