I was in the store over the past weekend to get quick, ready to eat food for my family. I have a medical condition prohibiting me from wearing a mask. I was told they did not have any accommodation - which they are required to do both by federal law and state guidance. When I asked to speak to a higher manager (the store manager was incredibly disrespectful and unhelpful), I was told that was not possible and they kicked me out of the store.nnI called the store a following day. They told me the manager was in another store. I called that store, was told the owner is in India and was hung up on.nnAll that I am looking for is a little customer service re-training for the initial staff member and for the store to abide by federal and state laws/guidance. They couldn't even do that.nnI will certainly follow their desires and wont buy any of their pizza/etc. again. There are plenty of other Little Ceasars around, and plenty of other higher-quality pizza shops around.

Seriously guys...THIS is how much sausage I get on my sausage pizza? What a joke. Totally worth the extra $1.50 I paid for it...only giving 2 stars because I’ve had good experiences in the past. But this one is just ridiculous.

Pizza was hot and ready. The guy was nice and efficient. Was in and out in less then a minute as I wanted to be.

I had an issue with the face mask policy of this store. I told them that I have medical condition and can't wear face mask, they said they were not going to serve me. I told them that is discrimination and they seem not to care. I won't be coming back to this place and looking into filing discrimination charges against them. I don't mess around!

I come here out of convenience but every time I order a Hot and Ready, it’s not hot and ready. I always for for the simplest item on the menu. As I wait I wonder when the last time the floors were cleaned?
