I've visited since I was a kid. Could easily spend hours here. So relaxing too. This lovely park is really being card for and treated right, as it should be. Great location. There's currently some work being done to expand the park and I think it looks great so far!!! More paths to walk and more sights to see! We've seen fish and frogs and many different kinds of birds! We have also seen a family of deer! It really is beautiful here. Full of life. Even during the colder seasons with hot coffee or chocolate it's always a great visit. My dog also loves it!

Very few geese and lots of growing underbrush. More bees and butterflies are coming, hopefully.

Kathryn Albertsons Park is a nice cool little park to take a walk or to take some nice photos. The only reason I give it a 4 star review is because its usually really busy and parking is slim. They were doing some construction at the time as well. The best time of year to go there is fall when all the leaves change colors!

Beautiful Nature Preserve in midst of downtown!nAs we continue to explore the Boise area (having just moved here last month), we loved this beautiful place right next to downtown. We especially liked the ponds with lilies as well as the vibrantly colored wildflowers along many of the paths. We also loved the ducks, geese, frogs, fish, dragonflies, etc. There were plenty of trails and benches from which to ponder the many beauties of nature. Calming sounds of a fountain bring peaceful thoughts and help mask traffic noises. It's a place that I'm sure we'll visit again.

Very nice place to do family photos or really any kind of photos. There's also a nice place to escape and be around nature without leaving the city. currently they're doing a little bit of construction but hopefully it won't last long and will increase the aesthetics
