I put a bad review on here, but I need to take it back. I put it on for a friend. She had her eyelashes done and the perm didn't take.They reached out to me and explained the eyelash perms don't always take and they can re do it for my friend. They did and she loves it. It really turned out great. She is so happy with it and how they fixed it. I'm glad they reached out to us to make it right.

I took advantage of getting a special deal for perming my eyelashes with my friend. We didn't notice any difference. The girl that did it was very friendly and the place was clean.nnEveryone that was coming out was very happy with their haircuts and coloring.nI feel they were not experienced with the eyelashes. I'm upset I spent so much money and time for no results. I wish they could give me my money back.nnI even took before and after pictures. I would like to be able to recommend this place for hair, but I feel very dissatisfied with how my eyebrows turned out.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. Worst experience in my life. Hairstylist: Angela Smith... Unable to listen to what her customers want or just bad in what she does. I explained many times EXACTLY what I wanted to get and showed her a picture of the color that I wanted. I even offered her another one but she did not want to see it. In the end she only tinted my hair instead of dyeing it. When I told her that I was not satisfied she finally started dyeing it and I was surprised and grateful that she did it without arguing but then she made ME pay for it. $170!!! When I got home, I've seen that she only dyed the top layer blond. My hair underneath was still in my natural hair color. The difference of the color is impossible to hide. And how to color a balayage she probably doesn't know either, I have the worst approach ever! It just looks awful. I sent them an email right away. I was then offered a new appointment, but would have cost another $50. Since I did not find this okay, I wrote a second email which was just ignored then. After two entire weeks went by I wrote a third email to which I was again offered an appointment that I would have to pay myself and then they even accused me of not have expressed myself correctly. They tryed to make it look like it would have been my mistake. I'm really angry and disappointed. I will never re-enter this salon and will advise to everybody I know against this salon. Extremly unfriendly and unprofessional staff.
