This is seriously the slowest bank ever. How does it take 5+ minutes to do a cash deposit? Their drive thru is terrible. I go to other branches, and they are so much faster. It will take you almost 15 minutes if there is ONE car in front of you. Plan your time accordingly.
I visited this branch on 6/17/2019 at around 3:30 pm to deposit some money.As soon as I walked in the 3 female cashiers stared at me as if I was there to rob the bank.None of them welcomed/greeted me.In fact,one of them turned around and pretended to be busy.The other 2 just stared at me like I was a contaminated piece of patato.I just stood there waiting for one of them to call me over and serve me.Eventually one of them did,but it was like she was forcing herself.I really felt very uncomfortable.I was the only customer at the time.As I was being served,another customer (caucasian man)walked in,and as soon as he came through the door,the girl who had totally ignored me warmly greeted him and asked how she could be of help.This really shocked me.I am still hurt from this experience and I will never go back to this branch again!!!Very shamful indeed!!!!
