Good pizza and wings. However the owner and employee's need an attitude adjustment. It is not appropriate for the owner to be on the phone with a customer and literally say he's going to pass you to someone else because he doesn't want to deal with this right now.nnUpdate now my family is Avoiding Parma.nI had them deliver.nWas not given a receipt at delivery.nPrice given over the phone was less then it was charged on my card.nI first thought it might have been due to tip, even though the difference was more then the tip amount.nNo, unfortunately not my credit card charge went up again.nI tried calling, first time owner wasn't in and I gave them my number to call me back.nSecond time I called, owner was too busy to take my call.nThird call, waited to get the owner on the phone. Nothing but attitude. I would rather spend more money elsewhere.

We always get Parma... if we ever have guests over, they usually always comment on how delicious the pizza is. We like their cheesesteaks too. Can't go wrong with Parma!

I love their pizza and wings. They make great sandwiches too. Convenient and fast. while they aren't overflowing with smiles ithey are working in a hot kitchen in the middle of summer during a pandemic.

This location consistently has good food, as far as local pizza places go. I’ve moved out of the area, so it’s been some time since my last visit. When I stopped by today, to pick up an order, I was so disappointed to see that not a single employee had on a face mask, and most weren’t even wearing gloves. In the middle of a pandemic I would expect a place serving food to care enough about their patrons to take simple, minimal steps to protect them. Most retail stores require employees to wear PPE. Why on earth wouldn’t an establishment that is so susceptible to spreading contagions be concerned on the same level?
