Our order was wrong even though I confirmed it at window.
They were courteous and friendly. We got our food extremely fast! Oh and the food is delicious ! Always fresh and made to order!
I placed an order via drive thru, I didn't double check my order as I had other customer behind me, I was advised to get the app and I could get free sandwiches.nWhen I reached my destination to have my sandwich there was a missing item. So now I ask is this how they fund the free sandwiches on the back of customers who do not receive their paid items?nIt was a dollar item, and for the man on the street corner a dollar means a heck of a lot more to him than to JJ. I rather give away my dollar freely rather than being ripped off me. Double check your order or it should be free, it's a matter of principal that you get what you paid for.
This jimmy johns is a joke. They cant seem to do anything right. Everytime i decide to give you guys another chance the team does something else to mess it up, really its just unbelievable.
Love their sandwiches! The gargantuan is my favorite! Lots of other different sandwiches to choose from!
