Jimmy John's

Ordered online for delivery. An hour later when it still hadn't arrived I called the store and they informed me that they had tried to deliver it but I entered the address incorrectly. I am super unimpressed that they didn't try contacting me after the failed delivery. Although the original problem was my fault, their customer service skills are sub par.

Wasn't impressed with this location. Tried to order on the app and it would not allow me to complete order so I went to the store. Staff was quick but not overly helpful. Felt like they were rushing me out. I ordered two meals and they packaged all together so when I asked for them to be separate, they handed me an additional bag. I had to rearrange the meals in the parking lot.

They really can't be freaky fast during these times. But they are super friendly bright people. And strive to make your experience the best.

I was coming off of a 24 hour fast and all I wanted was a huge sandwich from JJ. I definitely plowed through a few bites before realizing the lettuce had that red orange tinge to it from being left out/old leaving the sub with a very sour taste. :( I'm so sad right now and my stomach is a upset due to the taste. I understand it's hard to prep food when customer numbers are likely sporadic, however, it ruined the sandwich and ultimately wasted my money :(

Was refused service for not wearing a mask due to health conditions. Boise mask mandate has a provision for this but this Jimmy John's apparently doesn't care. Guess they just lost a loyal customer.
