Tried their delivery and sandwiches for the first time. Got the Hunters club and the Beach club. The app indicated that 4 min after ordering, my food was out for delivery. I was prepared to be impressed. However it took more than 45 minutes after that to arrive. Definitely not freakishly fast and the food was just ok.
Wow. Not once but twice in a row you guys completely botched everything. Ordered a custom sandwich, got maybe a third of the ingredients on it. Don't worry, I have my receipt to prove it. Also ordered a roast beef and provolone, came with no provolone! Or anything else I wanted. You were certainly happy to charge me for everything though. I won't ever order from this farce of a franchise again
Not their fault construction is making getting in and out a hot mess. The store seemed really busy. Even though I had placed an online order and paid when doing so there was not a seperate line (like Jersey Mike's does) so wasn't as quick and convenient as I would have hoped.
Ordered our food at 5:29pm and it's 7:00 pm and it's still not here worst customer service ever
Usually have no problems with Jimmy John's but this time was a disappointment and that's putting it lightly. Ordered two sandwiches. Club Lulu and Veggie. The Club Lulu had barely any meat. The Veggie has provolone and avocado as the first two ingredients in all caps on the menu, and that is what was missing from my sandwich. The mustard I asked for was also missing. My sandwich was 50% of what I ordered. I wonder how oversight like that even happens, such a bummer!
