Scott Swanson recently handled a legal issue for me and I am completely satisfied with the results. We needed to quickly trademark our business name, so we contacted Shaver & Swanson. We found they were very easy to work with and very affordable. Not something one usually says about an attorney. Over the years we've relied upon them for assistance with trademark questions and issues, as well as questions regarding copyright law.nI wouldn't recommend anyone else for help with getting your trademark registered and/or enforced.
