Craig Atkinson is hands down, one of the kindest & empathetic criminal defense lawyers in Boise. He is caring about your circumstance and he doesn't charge nearly the exorbitant rates that other attorneys do, that are of the same caliber and quality. If you or a loved one is in trouble, call him. He treats you like a baked friend and he believes in justice and fairness. He truly is one of a kind.

Craig did an amazing job with my first time DUI case. Handled every thing for me so I never had to step foot in the courthouse other than showing up for my court date. He got me a very minimum sentence with the state and I couldn't of been happier. Answered any and all questions I had, and responded right away.

I was greatly impressed by the professionalism of Atkinson and his colleagues. They were always helpful, warm, and understanding. Naturally, the experience of having to go to trial frightened me at first. However, I felt more and more comfortable once I had received their assistance. Craig is absolutely the best. Even though I was in full panic, he was straight-forward, calm and professional. His communication is excellent and he always emails back within 24 hours.
