I had a fantastic experience at Kathy's Wigs at a difficult time in my life. Tina was compassionate and very knowledgeable. She let me try on wigs and helped me make a decision. The wig looked so natural on me, even close friends didn't realize it was a wig. It was comfortable and made me feel confident. I would recommend Kathy's Wig Boutique, definitely!!

I've been going here for years. During this covid situation, I did not find it unreasonable to make an appointment. I actually think it's a great idea. Social distancing being what it is. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I'm reading these reviews and find them very hard to comprehend, as I was greeted, quickly, by two gals. Both gals were quite friendly. I'm sorry only the people that don't get treated like royally have to post the terrible reviews. I was actually in the store with a rude customer at the time. Upset because the website didn't say appointment needed. She drove from far away and wasted her time and wouldn't be back. The gal tried to explain they have no control over the website. Wow.. That was my first, in person, encounter with what people are calling a Karen. I called in advance, knowing that business is not as usual. I wish people would try to be less selfish, especially during these times. I don't expect anyone to bend over backwards to help me.. I just want help. Maybe I'm just a simple person with simple needs. I did feel my needs were met and I'm thankful for this shop and the service I received. Many blessings

Drove all the way from Star because website does not say appointment only. Nobody in store except employee but still couldn't try on wigs. She offered to make appt for another day. I asked her ask the owner to change website tonappointment only. Said she can't because owner is out of commission for 30 days. Won't be back

My mother and I came in today with a dear friend of ours excited to try on/buy some wigs. We had this planned all week and could not wait! That is until we walked in this establishment and were greeted by the two rudest employees there are. It was clear that they ether did not want to be there, or they thought our money was no good there. From their rolling eyes, raised voices, and over all arrogant demeanor kept us from making any purchases, and will keep us from ever going back. Not to mention their low supply and unwillingness to help. Needles to say we will be sharing this story of their rude behavior to all of our friends to keep them from feeling as belittled as we did. This goes without saying I’d give a zero star review if I could and we will never be going back.

My sister and I went in to try some wigs. The lady that helped us was not nice at all. We were the only ones in the shop and she acted like she didn’t have time for us. I would not recommend this shop.
