After reading all the reviews prior to delivering, I expected the worst. But, had a very different experience. Showed up two hours prior to my 12:30 appointment time. Checked in at guard shack, very organized and professional. They said they'd call when they have a door. Got back to truck and planned on taking a nap, but seconds later, they called with a door. Got on door, walked into receiving office, they said we'll call when done. Got back to truck, they had started unloading minutes later. I was done at 12:15. Fifteenth minutes before my appointment time, I was leaving. One of the better food warehouses I've been to. Hopefully for all, this is their new normal here. Good luck!

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM -1 STAR. IM USUALLY PRETTY PATIENT BECAUSE ITS ALL A PART OF TRUCKING, BUT THIS PLACE MOVES AT INCREDIBLY SLOW. ARRIVED 0830 FOR 0900 APPT, ITS NOW 1330 AND HERE I SIT, STILL WAITING TO GET UNLOADED, ALONG WITH 15-20 OTHER DRIVERS. TIME RUNNING OUT, SCREWED UP MY NEXT LOAD AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE IS SOMEONE THINKS THEY DESERVES TO BE PAID FOR UNLOADING ME. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.

Facility plenty of room to back in but capstone is the lumper service as usual capstone employees have no sense of urgency. Hour and 37 minutes after green light to get paperwork

Well organized for deliveries. Temperature check. Guard shack sign in. Park to the right. Wait for a call with a spot.

Arrived at 6:15am for 6:30 appointment. Waited 3 hours for a door. Once in the door it took them 2 hours before I got a green light. Than waited 2 more hours for my paperwork. I did Check in with them about 45 minutes after I got the green light. They said they would call when they get it. I had 22 pallets. Straight pull off with no breakdown. Cost $175 for basically 15 minutes of work. I would normally unload this myself but no driver unloads due to Covid. Pack a breakfast and lunch. 7 hours sitting in a day cab is not enjoyable. They text you a link which you can pay with credit card.
