Dash Aerial Yoga

Love love loved my first time at Aerial yoga at Dash today! I'm familiar with yoga, but had never tried aerial. I had seen it on social media and always wanted to give it a shot and then we Dash on a stroll down the street. I knew immediately I had to try it! I had a BLAST! The instructor and all the other ladies were so nice and helpful (and patient when I wasn't quite catching one of the poses lol) and it was an awesome experience! I wish I lived here so I could go backud83dude0a

I have been coming to Dash for a year now and I am in awe of how great my progress in strength and flexibility is now. When I started I could not touch my toes and now I don't mind any position asked of me in class. All the instructors are the Bomb! Love them all. It truly is a five star studio!

As one of other gals always says do you love it or do you love it? Loved class tonight, tough and fabulous at the same time. I hurt good. Great teachers and classmates who encourage everyone to be the best they can be!

DASH is an amazing place to do aerial yoga! All of the instructors are fantastic! All levels are welcome and every time I go, which is at least twice a week, I get a workout!!! I love DASH!
