The Phoenix - Boise Chapter

The Phoenix is an invaluable recovery resource for Boise. They do amazing work for our community! The events and resources they put together for those seeking an active, social, and sober lifestyle are more than impressive and so needed. I witnessed The Phoenix Boise Chapter come together under the developmental efforts of Ginny Gobel, and now under the current leadership of Scott Jones, the current President, and I can say that everyone involved with The Phoenix is the salt of the Earth and they all care deeply about their cause.

It's free, fun and full of excitement. Like minded people come together to better there health with fun activities. They took me mountain bike & snowboarding!

This is an excellent example of community in action. When you are struggling with addiction of any kind one of the worst things is isolation. Having a safe place to go with a way to stay busy and focused can easily make the difference in success and failure. It is also a healthy option for the body as well as the mind

My freind lives there I'm thank ful they r there for her family

Scoot went above and beyond getting me active though the Phoenix. He personally took me to Payette Lake for a running race. He is a great guy.
