Verdant CrossFit

Verdant is quite possibly one of my favorite gyms I have had the pleasure of being a member of. From the coaching and programming, to the sense of community and camaraderie, it is just all around great. If you are looking for a class based workout and want to be pushed as well as learn new movements and improve current movements, Verdant is the place. The coaches are great at scaling anything to adjust to your fitness level and the sense of accomplishment you feel as you begin to see progress keeps you coming back. Although I am not in Boise anymore, I know Verdant taught me a lot because I swear I can still hear Basile and the other coaches correcting my technique even while I am at a new gym. I look forward to visiting every time I am back in Boise!

Basile and his coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and treat every athlete as their own, regardless if it is their home gym. The programming is on point, humbling, and makes you want to stay. The athletes are welcoming and it really felt like I had been there for years. Looking forward to being back soon!

Dropped in for a couple weeks to weightlift. The owner Basile and his coaches are knowledgeable, super friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel like part of their community. Gym is spacious and very very clean - tons of great equipment, even Eleiko bars! Will absolutely be coming back whenever I can!

Love this place! It’s a great group of people and coaches. Not an intimidating experience like some boxes I’ve been to. They truly care about members, are highly trained and good people. Running 5+ online classes right now and loaned out equipment so members can keep to their workouts during quarantine. Nothing but good things to say about Verdant!
