I was charged for the time that I wasn't allowed to use the gym. It would be very easy for the management here to suspend all accounts until they hear from the member, that way they aren't taking advantage of the situation and taking people's money. On top of that, their times for being open now are set to what's best for them, not their members. I'm switching to Axiom, where they put members first.
I moved to Boise recently and was looking for a gym. A sauna is a big thing for me and they have one. It's never packed which is nice and everyone is friendly and respectful of each other. The staff is great and the trainers are excellent. They are very fairly priced for everything that's included. I've been going to Johnny's for over a year. The first thing I love about this place is it doesn't matter what fitness level or what goal you are trying to achieve, everyone is friendly and supportive. The staff is always there to help answer questions regarding the fitness center as well as all of your fitness questions. Come check it out!
i love the new gym! can not wait for the additions! rachel the manager is incredible and very helpful too. the owner of this gym is very knowledgeable and friendly
I go to this gym because it's convenient and right by my house, i got charged for the months they were closed during the pandemic. they recently moved location and now everything is crammed/building is a lot smaller and none of the equipment has been updated, very disappointing
