I appreciate that Lisa is a practicing Physical Therapist in addition to being a certified Pilates instructor because that means I never have to worry about her classes injuring me. Therafit Pilates is exactly what Boise needs! Lisa’s mat and reformer classes will challenge you in a fun, safe and effective way! I’ve been to many group classes, but Lisa’s incredible knowledge and physical therapist background keeps me using the correct form and engaging the right muscles! My core has gained so much strength already and I can’t wait for my next class!
Lisa is outstanding! She has guided me through PT for all my orthopedic surgery rehab. Her knowledge and skill level can't be surpassed. She takes the time to get to know you, your body and your goals and motivates you to achieve your best potential. She is a stellar athlete and her Therafit classes will take your workout, strength and flexibility to new levels. Highly recommend Therafit Pilates with Lisa!!
