Loved the yoga Nidra with Naomi. She is kind, welcoming and has so much knowledge about the benefits of practice. She was born to teach! Lovely natural light in a very comfortable, open studi with NO mirrors. Huge plus for me! I get distracted. Thank you for having restorative classes available.

Absolutely love yoga classes with Jen!. Also had a tarret card reading from her months ago, she saw children in my future, a month later we found out we we're expecting as well as two of my sister in laws. Also enjoyed a very relaxing Thai massage !

Zen Riot will always be my yoga studio! This is a place where anyone can come and not feel judged. Every teacher cares about your progress and give you the knowledge you need to move forward with your practice. Jenn, Devyn and Stefanie are amazing instructors and you can tell each one of them has a love and appreciation for teaching. Thanks for being such a great studio!
