I am very clean, tidy & picky person, I don’t live in Boise, just travelled through and would rather spend $5.30 for 1 day pass at this gym than at the hotel.nBefore coming to Planet Fitness, I googled the one near my location, which was Planet Fitness Boise Orchard, I also read the reviews prior coming.nI was taught only believe half of what I see. I read quite few negative reviews but it didn’t discourage me to spend my 2hrs at this facility.nI have been working out at the military gym for 11 years and 12 to come, there are nice, new and old ones in between.nWhen coming home for holiday, I use the local gym, I have been in 24hrs Fitness, European Fitness, etc. Planet Fitness in this location is the best one among all, it’s clean, roomy, all new equipments are are awesome, and their staffs are friendly.nnDon’t take other’s words and check it out yourself like I did.nnWe all have to pay bills, if gym goers expect the owner refund the membership fee, who would pay for his/ her rent to keep the facility going.nAlways put yourself in others’ shoes.nnOur fees contribution helps keeping the facility open, keep us healthy and it’s well worth it.nMy mom just passed away at age of 102, never had a cold or flu in her entire life. I follow her footsteps and simply spend 45’/day working out, it keeps me from going to the doctor.nnFew dollars a day, just enjoy while you are there.nnHelping owner improve the facility by talking to the manager directly instead of openly posting negative comments, it may hurt their business.nGive them a chance!nBe kind! It makes a better world to live in.

Visiting from NH.nNice gym. Newer and clean. Hardly anyone wearing masks though heading toward the peak of this Covid19 pandemc! All employees were though, but wearing a mask was not enforced for patrons. Employees were nice.nnTreadmills were newer but I didn't care for them. Most were unbalanced or wobbly. Felt like I was going to lose my step during a run. Just don't care for the new Life Fitness Treadmills. I prefer the old style better. More solid.nnGym area is bigger than my home PF gym in Nashua NH.nnOverall good experience.

This place is a nightmare to work with. My account was supposed to be canceled at the Overland and Orchard location. I was told 2 weeks ago that they fixed it. And a credit should hit my account in 7-10 days. It's been 14 days now. No credit and the manager is never there. And I've left my number multiple times and the manager never calls me back.nnDon't join or you can never leave.

Moved to Az and had the all access pass for any state.nContract had expired and the owner still wouldn't close my account unless I flew back to Idaho to sign a form in person.nHad my bank block them 3 different times because the owner went under an assumed name each time to keep drawing money out of my account, even though my contract was over, he still wanted this poor old crippled ladies money.nPlanet Fitness Overland Idaho, Kiss my

Called for a refund because I don't plan on going to the gym during COVID and was told that is just not an option. Was not given a reason as to why and am very disappointed. I used to really like this gym, but it seems like they just care about money and not the people.
