I work for what I consider one of the busy stores that Stinker acquired here in Colorado. The changes that have been implemented and the environment that I feel has been created during this transition has been nothing but positive for the business and its customer's as well as the existing staff already in place. I at no time felt like I was being pushed out or overlooked. The team that Stinker chose to make this transition here in Colorado has done a great job making the existing staff feel secure and part of the company from the get go. They have manage to make great changes for the better of the company without trying to take over and instead listening and working closely with already existing staff. A transition this large, in my experience, usually causes existing staff to feel opposed to the change of a new company's way of doing things. The team of people Stinker chose to send from Idaho have created a team environment that I would have never expected in such a short time. From what I have experienced in this short time there is nothing but improvement and a better experience for the customers as well as those employed by Stinker in the future.
