Rex was a breath of fresh air to deal with. He is so competent that he is easy to trust what he says on the phone. Rex is a Godsend. My family needed our 2001 Mazda tuned up and made safe for our 16 year old, first time driver. Rex offered spectacular, meticulous service for a very reasonable price.nWe use R&R for all of our mechanic needs. We know that he will be honest and fair, and he doesn’t keep us coming back for new issues or gauge us for money. This shop contradicts every negative thing you’ve heard about mechanics. My wife and I took her car to have the air conditioner repaired. Rex ran into some supplier issues for parts. He kept in contact and kept us updated with the status of the repair of the vehicle completely along the way. He also rented out of his own pocket a rental car for my wife to drive while the car was being repaired because it was out of his control. When the car was repaired he stuck firm on his price and return to as a completely 100% working air conditioning system in the vehicle. I will always recommend and use Rex in the future.
I did a Google search for repair shops near me and came across R & R. I was shocked to see a repair shop that had 5 stars so I had to see if they lived up to the hype. They did! Its nice to now have a forever mechanic...thats how much I enjoyed them.
I stopped by to make an appt., but Rex said he would look at my car that day. He had it fixed and ready to go less than two hours later. Extremely reasonably priced, very fast service, and very friendly. I would recommend him to everyone.
