I went in for a simple question about my motorized scooter (answered by the most professional and knowledgeable staff by the way) and will be returning on Friday to purchase kick scooters for my boys. Really helpful, informative and patient with two young boys. Don't buy a scooter online, buy it here so they can size you to the scooter. The scooter my son wanted was way too big, and they steered us in the right direction. My sons can't wait to return. Great buying experience.
I visited here to find a pro scooter for my son for Christmas. The gal that helped me was wonderful. She answered all my questions and even gave me advice on when to buy to try and save a little money. I'm so happy I found them!
The man that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly while also being safety conscious and not giving me false expectations just to make a sale. I briefly met the owner who really knew what she was talking about.nThey had answers for all of my questions and clearly made responsible use a priority when they were teaching me how and then letting me test drive the scooter.nI really appreciated the experience.
